You were first sent your login details when you became a customer of Harrington Brooks. We send them out by post around one week after your plan goes live and the letter contains a unique username and password which we have allocated solely to you.
Please email portalrequests@harringtonbrooks.co.uk or call Customer Services on 0330 102 0004 to request your username. Once you have received your new username, you will need to use it to reset your password and gain access to My Online Account.
Please go to the forgotten password page and enter your username. You will then be sent an automatically generated link to reset your password enabling you to do this at any time of day.
Your username can be sent by text to the mobile number you have logged against your plan. Please check that the mobile number you have provided is correct and up to date before you request this service.
Yes, your login details remain the same and should provide access to the new My Online Account area, however if you need assistance, please call Customer Services on 0330 102 0004. The team will be happy to help.
If you have used the forgotten password page, your username should be with you within 5 to 10 minutes. If you email or call in, we aim to assist you either during the call or within 24 hours. Lines are open Monday to Thursday 8am to 8pm and Friday 8am to 5.30pm.
Please be aware that all passwords are case sensitive. If you have been sent a password by email, copy and paste the password in to the field to ensure you have entered it exactly. Please do not copy or add in any additional spaces to the beginning or end of the password to ensure that it is recognised.
